Careers
Help every kid stay in the game.
We are building the intelligent operating system for youth sports, the platform clubs use to run the organization and develop every athlete. If keeping more kids in sport sounds like work worth doing, we would love to talk.
Why it matters
The mission is simple: keep kids playing, and help them get better
Too many kids leave youth sports too early. When a club runs smoothly and every athlete has a reason to keep improving, they stay. That is the outcome our software exists to create, and the reason the work is worth doing well.
What it's like here
Serious product, real impact
Small team, real ownership
You own meaningful surface area and ship it. Decisions are close to the work, and the distance from idea to production is short.
Built for coaches, with coaches
We design around how clubs actually operate and develop athletes. Time with real coaches and clubs shapes what we build.
Craft that ships
AI, web, and mobile that people rely on every season. We care about the details and we care about getting it in front of users.
Where we hire
